Global Design Hub

Our BIM Projects Course is designed to give graduate students hands-on experience in real-world applications of Building Information Modeling (BIM). Through practical projects, learners gain exposure to advanced BIM workflows used in design, construction, and facility management. Each project focuses on a key aspect of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry — from sustainability and coordination to safety and heritage preservation — helping students bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice.

This course goes beyond theory by encouraging students to develop and manage live BIM models, perform simulations, and analyze data-driven results. Under expert guidance, participants work on projects that enhance technical, analytical, and collaborative skills while exploring the future of digital construction. By the end of the course, students will have a strong project portfolio, preparing them for roles in architecture, civil engineering, and construction management.

  • BIM Implementation and Lifecycle Analysis
  • BIM Standards and Protocol Development
  • BIM for Sustainable Building Design
  • BIM for Facility and Asset Management
  • BIM and Construction Safety Management
  • BIM for Heritage Documentation and Conservation

Our BIM Project Course empowers graduate students to think critically, collaborate effectively, and innovate through technology. Each project module mirrors industry practices, giving students the confidence to handle BIM-enabled workflows from concept to completion. Whether you aim to become a BIM Coordinator, Project Engineer, or Design Manager, this course gives you the skills, exposure, and confidence to excel in the global AEC industry.
